Siedy’s closet will not be liable to you or any third party for the revision or modification of our terms of use. Any revision would be duly posted. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms of use. Siedy’s closet will not be liable to any person under any legal or equitable theory for the inability to use this website. Siedy’s closet just retails clothes and does not produce or design any of the clothes sold on the website.

By using this Website, you represent and warrant either that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) that you are at least thirteen (13) and are accessing the Website with the knowledge and consent of your parent or legal guardian, who will also be deemed to have agreed to this Agreement
Payment and delivery
For each product you purchase online, we deliver at your preferred location based on our discretion. We do not deliver through postal mail. Currently we only deliver in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. For each product you order on the website, you agree to pay the full price in cash at the time delivery. Siedy’s closet collects personal identifiable information like the customer’s name and location to help with delivery
Orders
Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right the cancel/accept/decline an order at .anytime. We may require additional verification or information before processing or delivering an order. If additional proof of identity is required, we will contact you. Reasons for requesting proof of identity are subject to change at any time. Once payment is made and transaction is complete, payment is not refundable
Return policy
All our sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged once sale is complete. When items are delivered you are given the opportunity to inspect before deciding to buy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item. Do not pay for the item at the time of delivery. Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with an item delivered you may decide not pay. Once purchase is made you can return or exchange an item.
Privacy
Siedy’s closet respects your privacy and is committed to letting you know how we will collect and use your information. Siedy’s closet collects personal identifiable information like the customer’s name and location to help with delivery and processing orders. You can be rest assured that your information is safe with us. We never sell, share or trade information with non-affiliated parties.
